How can kaabil and raaes have similar budgets? Obv raaes production value is higher and it shows in product, movie been delayed twice so the interest also adds up, kaabil was wrapped in 3 months, on tight schedule, male lead didn't take money and yet people are claiming budget is 90cr... kuch bhi
