Cos they increased the budget to 127 after the release. So it is only a break even. And not a hit cos for hit it needs to get atleast 15% of profit.

It is semi hit because it was sold to the distibutors in India for 70 cr. Earlier everybody was saying that its distribution price is 65 cr but that's not correct. 68-69 cr distributor share has been recovered... the distributors of few territories have faced losses while most of the territories are in profit zone. So overall semi hit verdict has been given to the film. BOI has written the budget of the film as 127 cr because it has included SRK's fees in it. The verdict has been given according to the distribution price( 70 cr).
Had the film collected 10 cr more, BOI would have given it Hit verdict.

But why even include the budget ?
SRK does not take fees but a profit share
