it is a shame that we have fixed parameters to judge the strength of a woman who got humiliated in worst way possible... if one rape victim picks up herself nd moves on then it's declared that the other who wasn't able to pick up the same pieces lost the zeal to live nd committed suicide is weak...
quite shameful...
as for Rohan...him not voicing out few words of support nd consolation was a major shock to Me as an audience...
actions are not always louder than words...specially to a blind person...
agreed that supriya had faith in his love nd it was the second time of torture that drove her to suicide ...but it doesn't makes his negligence less...

It would have been good if Rohan talked to her, but not everyone is perfect, it is not like he went through nothing, he was under major shock!

The fact that Rohan just sits there and says nothing when she says "I know I am not the same for you anymore. You can leave me and go away." is a big giveaway to his disturbing mindset. Instead of consoling her, he is sitting there, sulking.

Part of her suicide could be Rohan himself. He could not accept her when she was raped once, how could he accept her when the same thing happened again? She felt lonely and miserable..had he given her more confident and assured her that things would go back to normal again, she may have had some motivation to live. But her soul died when he remained silent and sat there sulking.

Just when I thought this forum could not any more ridiculous it does! He was sulking because he couldn't get his wife jusice not because she is no longer worthy of him! Even in the letter she wrote that she has not misunderstood him!

They do not show any rape scene. Watching it I was a little bit surprised that Hrithik had let his 8 year old son watch it because there is definitely some (male on male) violence but I am sure he knows what his kids are ready for far far better than me. I never thought twice about the rapes because it was only talked about after.

They show two men entering Supriyas flat, carrying her, and gagging her. Then they cut to Rohan finding her bound to the bed. The second scene only shows them breaking in and telling her they will return when ever they want to. What has happened is always clear and talked about but it is not shown.

One of the scene which i actually found dumb i mean it was of no use he could have actually holded her hand or smething a small gesture would do bt then may b its a msg to always b there for them or giv assurance b4 its too late n evn that scene acted out diff im sure d result would have been same her suicide:(
she died bcoz she cant take it roz toz she was strong she moved on n as she said in letter they would have forgotten it too bt then all this happening daily basis will kill her n seeing her like this will him out of his inability to save protect her!
Hrithik realising she is no more is d best scene of d movie for me! Brilliant acting!
