Shahid for me. He aces in songs like Gulaabo, Ae paapi, Nagada and enjoy watching him equally in saree ke fall sa, dhating naach etc. So there are more variety.

Guy got right balance of looks charishma technical knowledge
He has muscles but is still flexible

Still in love withbeat pe booty

HR looka good, he brought the good dancer back to bw but he is weak on technical strength

Shahid is a trained professional dancer but all I see is his boring same ol bhangra mixed dance.

Tiger is perfect, Shahid has a lot of rhythm and mostly dances to a Bollywood style. HR is a mix of both!

Shahid is my absolute favorite. Love to watch the guy dance.

Ranbir too is fantastic!

Hrithik is a good dancer but I don't enjoy watching him dance.

Tiger is good too

My order would be:

Shahid > Ranbir > Tiger > Hrithik

Hrithik looks great while dancing. He has this divine grace which I don't find in anyone. But his steps have started looking repeatative. I feel age is catching him too. Also he has stopped attempting something new in the last 3-4 yrs. Shahin oth is a treat, he has grace, technically stronger than hrithik, versatile and effortless. From nagada to bismil, dhating naach to gandi baat. He is perfect.

Tiger is meh. Just too technical for my liking.
