I knew someone would jump the gun and say that ( DP & RS eg) thats why I wrote STAR HERO- meaning someone who is successful at par or more than the heroine. Another thing nothing will change till WOMEN themselves STOP demeaning themselves. What do you have to say about the women who kill the female foeticide and pray and do all they can to get a male child? Whose thinking is like that?
BW is also male driven and nothing changes.

what r u talking ? doctors advocates n other professional jobs get paid on talent and results..there is no discrimination at all.

movie business is male dominant industry , male stars basically pull the audience.

someone like farah khan i dont think shell be underpaid as shes a woman. a director is the captain of the ship so she will be handsomely paid like any male director.
