I knew someone would jump the gun and say that ( DP & RS eg) thats why I wrote STAR HERO- meaning someone who is successful at par or more than the heroine. In place of RS-take RK and you know the answer. Yes the world is biased or prejudiced, you have to live in it and still living. Yes MEN are paid more than WOMEN In ALL THE FIELDS except may be modeling. You can take Doctors, Engineers, Scientists or Chartered Accountants and well Defence forces too. Moreover the society places the earning on the Man and the nurturing on the woman. So nearly all MEN have to work whereas most WOMEN work by CHOICE. Yes MEN Will get paid more. No point cribbing about it. First women have to get RESPECT, rest shall follow.

Another thing nothing will change till WOMEN themselves STOP demeaning themselves. What do you have to say about the women who kill the female foeticide and pray and do all they can to get a male child? Whose thinking is like that?
