I can overlook lack of looks/personality in an actor if their acting is decent. Varun doesn't even have that. He overacts and hams most of the time. So really, there is nothing to like about him.

Haven't seen any of his movie so my opinion is completely based on his off-screen personality...

nah I love him, goods actor, opinionated, he seems to be fun and actually wants to be a star. he is not cringe worthy as some . he makes his movies, promotes them in a fun way, lives his life and is not an attention seeker even if though he wants to be the best.
