Abhishek would prefer to produce a low budget movie, knowing he is not an audience puller. Aish's fee is much higher than a new comer. She might cut it down, as it is home production. But wiser decission would be to let her take roles from big production houses, which gives her better remuneration. Hire another girl, who comes within your pocket. That's what Abhi is doing. Simple mathematics. Looking matured/young is just a reason.
