Btw why does Fawad look so bad in Hindi movies. He looked good in Sonam's movie. But I recently saw KAS n he looked bad in that, as well as in ADHM. He looked old n tired. He looked the best in Pak telefilm Behadd.

More laughable are comments by some members who claim to be Pakistanis and claim that Fawad has completely lost his respect in his country. Its like saying SRK lost his respect in India because he was searched in airports in the USA. The HC of Pakistan named Fawad being victimized(not all Pakistani artists mind you though he was asked to comment in general) and expressed his concern. Do you do this for a person who have no respect?

And also laughable are comments like Fawad isnt getting any movies or TV shows in Pakistan. I mean are you even for real? Fawad is one of the biggest superstar of Pakistan if not the biggest. He is an honored guest in every award show/event Pakistani industry has though he hasnt worked there since 2013. He has worked with or is close friends with some of the biggest names in Pakistan who matter like Sultana Siddique, Momina Duraid, Vasay, Ahmed Ali Butt, Humayun Saeed, Bilal Lahsari, Shoaib Mansoor, Asim Raza to name a few. Was an honored guest in ARY Awards this year though he has lately not done any work with them. He has to snap his fingers and they will all line up films/TV shows for him. Its his CHOICE to do or not do films/TV. Not because he isnt getting any. Being a non-Pakistani I atleast have better GK about Pakistani entertainment industry than some members who claim to be Pakistanis.

Who knows maybe Mira didnt make the right choice of the lead actor? I brought up Reluctant Fundamentalist as many people mock Fawad's fans saying how he is an international star because he won some stupid IF poll against Leo. He was very close to doing a Hollywood movie. The director of the same movie expressed her wish to work with him now that he's popular.

Fawad has signed two Pakistani films - Maula Jatt2 and Albela Rahi. Lets see when they go on floors. MJ is supposed to start production in Jan 2017. And yes he signed these films long back-much before Uri attacks incase he is accused of going back to Pakistan as he got kicked out of India.

it is not to be diplomatic. That is the point. I would like her to give an unbiased opinion not frlm her liking or disliling of actor. She gave her and her familys opinion on him. I want to know the general public reaction.
Well i think yamyam is reasonable. She doesnt like fk either. But atleast she will give public reaction on him as well.

And i dont care if fk comes bk to bw or not. His fans will be happy i guess.

Dear Quirky, first of all let me clarify that I am not a hater of Fawad, in fact Fawad and Ranbir are two of my most fav actors. Did you see me anywhere commenting on how Fawad acts? In my opinion Fawad is a better actor than Ranbir (here I said it). But you will lose me when someone will say Fawad has large audience pull than Ranbir, which is not true and hence the comparison of Fawad with other Pakistani stars. My brother will get a heart attack with shock when he will get to know that I have been labelled as Fawad's hater on this forum 😆 I have bugged him a lot when Khoobsurat was released and I was the only one in my family who watched Numm with zeal and zest (from start to end)..

Now as far as Shan Shahid is concerned (I have seen people talking about me on another thread so let me address their questions here), one needs to have a heart full of compassion to understand what was his contribution to Pakistani Cinema. He kept on acting in shit movies, rejected 2 mins of roles in Indian movies, held his head high thinking that some day some one will start making sensible movies so let's not end the rozi roti (bread and butter) of people still associated with Pakistani Cinemas. He made gems like Khuda Ke Liye and Waar! Waar was an out and out English movie (dialogues were in English) but people from villages still watched it because it starred the superstar Shaan without even understanding what are they talking about!!

Another point on this thread is made about Rasgulla fame YamYam. If my opinion couldn't be taken serious then hers is not gospel of truth as well. She is not a neutral person and a Ranbir hater. She even tried to bulldoze me with her gang when I said Fawad is so classy that he makes everyone looks ugly (I saw his video with Ranveer and I didnt say Ranveer ugly but used that for the person standing next to him).

Moreover, I will talk about my family my friends and experiences because these are the people I talk to and have them in my surroundings. Every one does the same! Gabriel is not coming on any one of us to bring God's messages!!

Last but not the least, I still believe that Fawad's popularity has hit a rough patch because he is so out of loop now. A good comeback and he will bounce back but right now he is not a darling anymore the way he used to be.. He left Pakistani Cinema when he was needed the most. He could bring back the audience and generate revenues with his mass hysteria but he couldn't capitalise it well. Again, I am one of those passionate Pakistanis who want to see the revival of Pakistani Cinema and will go to any length for that. We (me and my brother who is studying film making) are also thinking to invest our savings in producing movies!! With so much at stake and he chose to play 2nd leads in Sonam starrers and Sid starrers.. Me just like millions of Pakistanis were disappointed by his choices lately. Moreover, the perception here is that he didn't leave India he was thrown out of it. Anyhow the perceptions can be changed anytime with a good PR exercise and with a good comeback in pakistani audience.. He has signed Moula Jatt but it is being directed by Bilal Lashari so that won't be his real test..

I am tired now.. after writing statement of motivations for PhD projects I have to write such a long essay to explain my so called hatred for Fawad!!

wah kya comparision hai,

ek actor jo 1 full movie, 1 half movie and 0.05 movie grand total 1.55 movie ki comparision usay kar rahey jo saal mein 2 full toh ayesey hie hastey kheltey nikal leta hai... jitni ranbir ne movie ki hai in last 9 year utni movie toh woh agey ke 50 year mein bhi na karey.

I have read yamyam calling fk as overrated so I wanted her opinion.

My opinion on what?

I do think Fawad is overrated😆 And I think RK is overrated too.. RS as well.. Actually most of the current lot is overrated.. they give one decent performance and start being hailed as some superstar.. Not to mention the classiness😆

No its not the case! I should have come up with better words.. Since I am a fan of Fawad so I talk about him angrily.. its like never face the wrath of your fan 😆 but since you don't know the fact I was a fan of him so anyone can assume that! no hard feelings 😊

Zee is not a hater, she is very passionate about cinema and spoken about Pak cinema with great knowledge. I usually don't vouch for people on internet, but I can risk it here.

Anyways, I am done with FK vs RK topic. I am now on other cases. Good luck to FK, hope he takes Pak cinema forward and makes a solid comeback in BW as well.

If people have missed it, FK fan Sero supported RK and RK fan Rajranbirshasi fully supported FK. So there is some hope in both fandoms for bhai chara and peace😆
