Agree with all your points. But I also feel that ADHM was important to Ranbir. He couldnt afford to let Fawad walk away with the film. KJo had earlier given an entire interview praising Fawad's cameo. We know a lot of Fawad's scenes were cut. Who knows what the film would have been if Fawad's scenes were retained. In the actual film only those scenes of Fawad were retained where he shared screen space with Ranbir. Fawad had walked away with K&S too something which the rest of the cast didnt expect. I am not saying Fawad would have walked away with ADHM entirely but he would have surely taken off some of the sheen from Ranbir. That was enough to make anyone insecure. I am sure Ranbir and Rishi convinced KJo to cut out Fawad's scenes in exchange for a smooth release. Kapoors are well connected directly and indirectly via their relatives to politicians. There were also articles on Rishi meeting a minister about it. Having said that I dont think Ranbir conspired to do what all happened to Fawad though I am sure he spread those drinking problem and toyboy rumors about Fawad. He is certainly capable of that.

This is just so sad. It's actually shameful how KJo milked the controversy. And it's sader that Harsh is getting awards while Fawad is not even nominated for what is probably one of the best performances last year. Imagine if Ranbir/Ranveer/Alia had pulled off a K&S. The worst part about this is that Karan continues to victimise himself and managed to earn whatever he did out of the film while the real loser here is his supposed ek tarfa pyaar Fawad who he is supposed to irrevocably love😆

P.S. Am really curious to see how Karan treats Alia after she starts flopping. Yeah she is a star kid and Karan seems obsessed with her right now but KJo kisi ka nahi hai IMO😆
