I think Vidya is a much more impactful actress. She nails all her roles. But Kajol has been given a lot more opportunities since she's been in the industry much longer. I love Vidya over Kajol any day in terms of acting, but she does need to experiment more with her roles.

Kajol any day.
Her roles have been more versatile than Vidya.So has her acting.
Vidya has only proved her callibre in women-oriented roles whereas Kajol stands out in every movie.

Vidya. Without a doubt. Period.

For me, if Kajol ever acted in a movie then it's Gupt. Otherwise she always has been over the top in her movies. I cringed every time she came on the screen during Dilwale.

LoL at this comparison. Vidya Balan by miles. I didn't like her latest film Kahaani 2 at all but her performance was awesome. Kajol is a joke as far as acting is concerned.

Kajol anyday. She can shine in a shitty movie.

Imagine if she had done the movies Vidya did? Vidya failed to impress in so much movies while Kajol has never given a false note.

Kajol can do ANYTHING Vidya done. Yes, even The Dirty Picture - she would pull it off *literally* 😆

But I can't see Vidya doing some of the stuff from Kajol's Filmography.

I do think Vidya is one of the all-time greats though, just think Kajol is far better.

I think, people confuse Kajol's talent with her offscreen personality. 😆

I love Vidya ... she is a brilliant actress, but c'mon it's Kajol! The thing is ... Kajol can do all the roles Vidya has done (Tho not sure why she doesn't do it) but Vidya can't do all the roles Kajol has done. If I'm not wrong, Vidya was almost written off by doing all those typical female leads.
