The actress was spotted with white patches on her skin.

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan suffered an unfortunate make-up malfunction at an event recently, where the actress was spotted with white patches on her skin.
Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie, too, faced a similar incident couple of years ago, when she had attended the red carpet premiere of The Normal Heart with terrible white patches on her skin.

Just like in Angelina's case, the reason behind Aishwarya's make-up fiasco might have been incorrect use of translucent powder or even the wrong judgement of time and lighting while clicking the photos.

Angie looks like she has come out of a floor factory.

For Aish, i think the concealer hasn't blended well.

IDK anything about make-up.. but, as far as I've observed, aging women should reduce the make-up they wear. They need to keep it extremely minimal, almost negligible amounts of make up. Because, they think it might make them look better, but the makeup only makes them look actually older than what they look without make-up.. and most times they end up looking older/weird.

My mom is little older than Aish, and today, after seeing this pic, my mom definitely has a cuter/beautiful face - because she never wears make-up, and that natural look women get as they are aging is... it gives them grace. Lines/wrinkles actually add to their beauty. Covering it up only makes them look less beautiful than they are ~

edit -- For example, there were those pics where she wears a blue overcoat or something, she looked faar better in those pics because of lesser make-up or natural look..

White patches where? She looks movie star beautiful. Yes, it's lots of cosmetic procedures but I don't see white patches, just camera light reflection.
