It was humorous and Ellen wasn't being as snarky as people believe, but a tad bit of sarcasm was there from Ellen's side because she could see PC is full off it!! PC fans are free to disagree but this is my opinion!

There is a thin line between humour & digs/ sarcasm. I haven't seen much of Ellen tbh, but seriously the first thought after I watched this was - what a bitch. The tone helps you understand what it is! The 'it's a miracle you reached this far' was anything but humour. I would be very embarrassed if I was PC, it was uncalled for! The jimmy's make such kind of jokes too, but you can tell they are joking. You know Americans are known to be too friendly, this is the first time I'm seeing somebody talk like that- the other media & hosts have been very forthcoming. In fact by PC's own standards this has been her most subdued interview in US till date. It's not even that her actions got Ellen do this?
Was David like this to Ash too?

I have a feeling Ellen didn't want PC there, the way she spoke to PC,more of LIKE had to accomdate due to ABC.

PS- btw the 'I love India' was so fake lol it was like yeah sure India loves me, i'll say it too!

Exactly! Irrespective of whether PC deserved it or not, it showed Ellen the person in bad light- You can't call people to your show and then talk in that conscending tone. More than PC, it was she looked as arrogant.

I watch Ellen everyday so i can best tell Ellen doesn't likes PC.

But Ellen does mock everyone in funny way and maybe her dislike plus mocking crossed line for PC.

Priyanka looked eager and nervous and came across as just that. Didn't seem like Ellen liked her either. And this show doesn't have the format of insult comedy of Letterman show (as far as I know, could be wrong though), so it was surprising to see Ellen making those statements... she is generally quite a lovely person.

Priyanka seemed more than humble here. Is it the first time Indian actor appearing on Ellen show? One six year old boy from India already appeared there though he was not an actor
