I am reminded of what Akshay said...that Army people and their families don't care if u ban Pak actors or the movies they are working in...they are worried about their loved ones and how they will survive the next day...they don't care about these stupid movies...unko ban karne se kya ho jaayega...

But before 2016, everything was peaceful and there was no such banning issues before. Then why did 26/11, 2001 attacks happen? Why was there a war in 1965?

The fact is, the relationship between India and Pakistan has never been peaceful and friendly and hence the soldiers have always been sacrificing their lives at the border.

No body is asking the general public to go out of their way and embrace the Pakistanis, but stop expressing the anger in a way that is not fruitful to your own country...By banning the movies, what exactly are they going to achieve other than increase the tensions and spoil whatever the peace that is there, let alone the financial loss and the other collateral damage?

I don't know whether this is right or wrong but just remember one thing that the nation is above each and everything, if we don't take any action and get back to being our happy ways then what was the use of all the shouting and big things being said?
It is still time they may change the decision, but if they don't it will be a big step that they don't only say but also do something!

A good decision for India

P.s I love Fawad too, and Anushka but this is something bigger :)

Well at this point of time it's like a circus and BW is like a ball which is being kicked from both sides ...dono country ke extremists are taking full advantage of it ...I am sure there are many influential people in pakistan who always opposed BW movies/dramas etc and they must be having a field day now .

That's true as it's affecting only Indians at the end and doesn't help the army. The army and its soldiers aren't affected by it as anyways terrorists would enter and attack India and hence it's wrong to say that such Bans are making it worse for the army when there always have been attacks in the past with No Bans.

The bans now are a form of protest which may be considered illogical and not fruitful and I don't support any sort of violence in the form of protests.

Peace talks are long back over and India cannot be always be peaceful when Pakistan keeps exporting terrorists and killing the soldiers and citizens. The Government has to take some action soon.
