It seems releasing his next directorial without any more obstacles is going to be quite mushkil for director Karan Johar. After political party demanding Fawad Khan's role to be completely chopped off, the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) has now cut quite a few steamy scenes between the lead pair, Ranbir Kapoor and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan. Yes, you read that right! And we are sure this piece of news has left you mighty disappointed. But it's as true as it could get. As per the latest reports, Karan himself attended the Censor screening of the film and when the Board suggested him to cut the intimate scenes, Karan was mighty upset and even tried putting his point across, but in vain. The director finally had to do away with three pivotal steamy scenes which, according to him, were very integral to the plot. The three cut scenes even include the one shown in the trailer. Although the Board appreciated the mature theme and aesthetics of the film, they gave it a UA Certificate since they felt the intimate scenes were not suitable for children
