Here's proof that Salman Khan really wants to work with Deepika Padukone

On Tuesday evening, Bandra's Mehboob Studio was crawling with Bollywood A-listers. On the first floor, 'Bigg Boss'Salman Khan was filming the opening episode of the reality TV show's ninth season which kicks off later this month. He was joined by Deepika Padukone who has just returned from Los Angeles after wrapping up the dubbing of her Hollywood debut and the Vin Diesel starrer, 'xXx: Return of Xander Cage'.

"They shot a power-packed opening episode with Salman taking digs at the Hollywood action star while congratulating Deepika on her global success. He then teased her, saying, 'Abhi toh humare saath bhi act kar lo,' and had her turn an embarrassed red," reveals a source from the show's production team.

One another floor, Deepika's steady beau, Ranveer Singh, was filming a chat show with his 'Dil Dhadakne Do' director Zoya Akhtar. "They were yakking from 3pm, spilling the beans on love and movies and leaving the unit in splits during the rapid fire round of 75 questions," an onlooker informed Mirror.

After Deepika finished her shoot she hung around for a while chatting with Sallu, admitting that she was waiting for Ranveer to finish. He finally did, hugged his team, bid farewell to the unit before hurrying out to join his ladylove who had been patiently waiting for half-an-hour outside the studio's gate. He jumped into her car and the two sped away towards Deepika's Prabhadevi home. Now that's what you call a date night!

DP's PR has this very juvenile strategy of pleasing(or irritating 😆) the Khans' fans by publishing such BS!

Bigg Boss 10 is all set to land on our TV screens on October 16 and we can't be more excited. Other than the usual but winning mix of celeb participants, Salman Khanand controversies, we also have common people in the show this year.

And then there are the star guests. We see the big stars attending the show to promote their films and Salman Khan giving them the Salman Khan treatment. We all remember how Bigg Boss 9 ended with Katrina Kaif appearing on the show to promote her film Fitoor.

There was a lot of buzz regarding whether Ae Dil Hai Mushkil and Shivaay stars will appear on Bigg Boss 10 to promote their films. However, director Karan Johar and Salman's Sultan heroine Anushka Sharma were safe bets.

On the other hand, Ajay Devgn and Salman are on great terms and the actor may promote his Shivaay on the show. While none of those involved has come out and spoken about the rumours, a tabloid has now reported that Salman's first guest on Bigg Boss 10 is Deepika Padukone. The actress will be seen promoting her xXx: The Return of Xander Cage on the show.

The film will see Deepika Padukone making her Hollywood debut opposite Vin Diesel. It also stars Samuel L Jackson and Nina Dobrev.

Salman will be seen teasing Deepika throughout the show. After congratulating Deepika on making her Hollywood debut, he would be seen telling her: "Ab toh humare saath bhi act kar lo." Deepika and Salman have considered a lot of films together but nothing ever materialised.

He would also be seen taking digs at Diesel, according to reports. If you remember the fun episode of Bigg Boss 9 where Deepika was seen promoting Bajirao Mastani on the show, this would be even more entertaining. Guess Bigg Boss 10 is leaving nothing to chance this time round. If reports are to be believed, there will be around 14 people inside the Bigg Boss house, this includes six celebrities and eight common people. As Salman's earlier commercials revealed, the common people who will be chosen will be vichitra'.
