These cosmetic surgeries scare the hell out of me,anything can happen and if anything goes wrong you end up looking like a mess.I know a person who got Dermabrasion done,she said it feels absolutely nothing as if nothing has happened.

I don't understand why it's such a taboo though. If you're insecure about your looks and feel like doing this will improve your self-confidence, then go for it. As long as you can afford it and are prepared to face the risks associated with it. (serious complications or botched job).

This is ridiculous. Everyone has pictures where your nose will look a little different. Deepika and Ranbir have definitely not had any surgery.

I remember seeing a rhinoplasty procedure on tele, they broke the nose to reconstruct it.

Now that I think about it, it's a sure shot way to deter people.
