May be, but he stood out in HNY more than anyone else - Nandu bhide, He was good in Bol Bachhan too. He is a good actor. Hope he gets some good solo movies too and he shines.

Drona flopped not because it was a bad film but because it wasn't made for a commercial audience. Goldie Behl said he made it for his son. If Prabhudeva makes a decent entertainer and Abhishek gets his act right this might succeed. But hopes are minimal.

I like Abhi offscreen, he comes out as well brought up and decent man. He has been whiter than white in this industry . No hanky/panky or linkups . The one with Karishma was official and involved families.
But he has not shown any intent to work hard on his body or skill. Not that body builders are good actors, but he needs to put in efforts towards looking good and maintaining himself. His unshaven and couch potato look is so boring. He looked like singer Badshaa in HF movie .
He is good actor but if you need real acting, you have Irfan, Nawaz and Manoj. So he isn't choice of art house directors also.
Sadly , his time as solo hero is over.

Yeah atleast abhishek has given some hit as solo hero ...kuch logo ko toh industry main teen saal ho gaye hai aur ek bhi hit solo film nahi hai unke pass ...teen saal see industry main apni merva rahe hai bas
