Yes it was a decent film and I liked it..but it was a confused movie in terms of genre..If the makers could eliminate the commercial aspects like Aryan fighting like Karate champion (like the movie Pink) etc it would have worked better..Else make it pure commercial movie like Darr..put song and dance , put some unrealistic situations etc..The audience got divided..

The reason this film flopped are as follows :-

1. there was hardly any moment in the film where the audience could relax , no comic relief or songs Normal audience did not like that

2. Jabra song was not even in the movie

3. The stunts pulled off by the fan and the superstar as well were unbelievable . You are trying to make somethign realistic and this normal delhi boy pulling off such crimes at ease 😆

4. Whether you like it or not people want an actress to romance the king of romance and here there was none

It was a nice movie and I did not feel 2nd half was out of place.

SRK played both roles very well.

To peopls saying Aryan was rude, he was not rude. Gaurav had beaten up Sid Kapoor the other actor and forced him to speak all that. How can a star support such a cheap thing done by a fan? If he supports it then Gaurav would go to any extent and would even kill someone some day. That is the reason Aryan was rude to him.

In the end, Gaurav shd have survived the fall, but shown as losing his memory and he has forgotten all abt his idol. Aryan would be relieved yet disappointed that his fan has forgotten him. A bittersweet feeling for him.

But in the end, Gaurav winks at the camera...meaning he was pretending not to recognize his idol.
That would have been a terrific ending.😉 An open ending too.
