same. I know so many girls who wear short skirts in cities and wear suit salwaar with sar pe dupatta when they go back to their home. I myself used to avoid wearing jeans-top whenever I went home. Most educated girls wear jeans nowadays. So dress and Sanskaar are mutually exclusive subsets. Not all suit wearing girls are sansakar and not all skirts wearing girls are non-sanskari.
