Do Salman films do nothing for actresses?

The title is a bit extreme, yes, but I wanted to know what people think.

Do Salman's films do very little for the actress in terms of the kind of deliverables she gets post the film?

Be it Sonakshi, Asin, Kareena Kapoor, Sonam Kapoor or Daisy Shah, their roles in Salman films have not given them a springboard.

Some of them have disappeared, while others are finding it hard to stay afloat.

Is it safe to say that due to lack of strong female characters in his films, these ladies get the short end of the stick?

Even with Sultan, Anushka didn't manage to get accolades for her performance. Despite doing such a successful film, we can't say it changed things for her.

In Sallu's movies, heroine's role is max 1 hour and it's called Bhai movie !! Look what happened to Jacquie and Anu. They didn't get any push in their career.

He is a panauti for all the actresses that he works with.

They do, but only when the actress is already somewhat famous or has a certain x-factor. For newcomers they don't because like you said, they don't get the opportunity to showcase what they've got.

Does any actor's movie do any good to the actress??? Unless the actress has an equally important role??? Sonakshi and Katrina got good platform post movies with Salman. Salman movies at most help the actress gain wider audience, uske baad it depends on their talent, luck or marketability.



People talk as if doing movie with SRK, AK, Akki or any other actor, gives actress a push in their career.
While it never did, nor it does ever. Also who said Anushka was not applauded for her role in Sultan, she will deservedly also be nominated at several awards. Just because this weird forum questioned her character's decision to choose family over career, does not mean people did not liked her, or her performance went off the radar.
