I never liked DP's acting nor her looks...She was a good dancer for me and that's it. In Piku, there was nothing extra ordinary about her performance as her character had nothing to do except to look after her dad's constipation. It was all about AB and he was the best thing about Piku and then comes Irfan. In Ramleela, she did well but still sometimes she was OTT while she was telling her bhabi about her love for Ram. She ruined Bajirao for me and her dialogue in the trailer itself showed how badly she acted. She was again decent in Tamasha and YJHD but she needs to improve a lot. She's not a beauty but she looks best in western outfits.

Overrated in acting?? I dont think anybody claims she is VB level of actress...But she is definitely the best package we have today who has ability to connect to maximum number of people..⭐️

ability to connect - success...it does not mean for good acting. her last film is the best example where priyanka eaten her up alive...but even she failed to give her an expression on face 😆 acting comes from within. you need to express...can deepika do that.. that's tough for her 😆

I think she is a perfect fit for maximum number of films...far far ahead of any of the present actors. Her next XXX,her last BM,Tamasha or Piku..however good or bad they may be..she was irreplaceable in all. Deepika changed my perception about her acting post Arakshan movie and she's evolved so much since OSO so I don't find her overrated. She's not the best in terms of acting but clearly she's not the worst either

^^Perhaps.But SLB wants Deepika.He payed highest for any actress for both BajiRao Mastani and Padmavati.

This time he gave her a solo title role.

A million wails is of no value.People can Keep crying.She has impressed the right people.

When a top critic praises,it holds some weight..cause it reaches millions..and there is credibility.
