First in terms of affairs. Earlier like Raveena mentioned in an interview women always got the short end of the stick in failed affairs irrespective of who was to blame. They were shamed and encouraged to keep quiet like "good girls". Even Ash was horribly shamed for speaking out against Salman. Today a Kangana calls out without fear of shame all her male detractors with whom she may or may not have had affairs. Her boldness has kind of silenced others who are shocked to react. Also social media has helped her by being more pro her. Even a Deepika or a Katrina are more than willing to share their side of their story rather than nursing their breakups in a corner or feeling shamed. More power to them. Their reactions post break up is also exemplary where they have moved on to become stronger and better.

Money - the fact that they are demanding more money should be encouraged. Truth be told a Kangana was the primary reason a queen or twm2 was the hit that it was. Ditto with Deepika and Katrina. Katrina may not be a great actress but nobody can deny her star power. Priyanka by expanding her horizons and pushing herself is truly working towards bring a global star.

Roles- the fact that these actresses want and demand meatier roles rather than being content playing eye candy is also worth rooting for. From an Aalia to a Sonam to a Kangana to a Deepika to a Priyanka. Most of them seem more keen on doing meritorious roles.
