THERE seems to be much truth in the rumours of a melee between actor Ranveer Singh and one of his favourite directors Sanjay Leela Bhansali. After Singh gave Bhansali two of his career's biggest highs with Goliyon Ki Rasleela- Ram Leela and last year's epic Bajirao Mastani, clearly he was the top name for his next, his dream project Padmavati. The new film stars Singh's girlfriend Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapur, while Singh was scheduled to play the Allaudin Khilji, who doesn't manage to steal the girl from her husband. But we hear that Singh wasn't too happy with the script, and the fact that another star was cast in the husband's role. He preferred to train his eyes instead on his other favourite filmmaker Zoya Akhtar. Is this the beginning of the end of a great friendship? Or film business as usual?
