I don't think Katrina can act like Sonam did in Raanjhanaa or delhi 6.

I don't think Sonam can pull off a Dhoom 3 character or singh is King glam role. And I don't think anyone can better Katrinas Raajneeti character...she was so beautiful, it would be difficult to imagine anyone else in it. And believe Arjun would be willing to marry the girl who loved his brother.

I cant believe Sonam is losing. When Neerja came, she was winning every poll here. Kat was losing every poll because of flop fitoor. And now that Kat is creating havoc with her BBD avatar, she is winning a poll. Infact I remember a poll which was also Sonam vs Katrina during the time Neerja came out. Sonam was winning it by huge margin.

ps : I voted for Sonam. Someone mentioned Neerja will be her claim for fame for long time. Tbh I feel the same way. She wasnt that great but compared to all her earlier performances she was definitely better in Neerja.

Like others mentioned, I think Sonam is better in more serious movies (obviously Neerja is probably her best movie till date, but she was good in Raanjhana as well), and Kats forte is eye candy, rom com, NRI girl/ foreign returned girl (Namaste London, Singh is King, ZNMD etc).

I'll give both credit for trying to be different (Sonam wasn't bad in IHLS, and she was good in Aisha too) and Kat was good in somewhat serious roles in ETT (her comic timing with Salman scenes were good), and MBKD, and to her credit she did try with Fitoor but her acting skills are limited frankly. I think Kat has an edge with dancing, she is much better than Sonam in that aspect.

But who's better? It's a close call. Sonam lacks what Kat has and Kat lacks what Sonam has. I would go with Kat because she had it harder to break it into the industry and her improvement is good as well. Not to say Sonam isn't as good, I think Sonam can do more though, I was quite satisfied with her performance from Neerja. Hoping to see good work from both, Baar Baar Dekho looks like another hit for Kat.

For me Sonam is not a bad actress, she can emote really well ,Go check Sawaariya, , Raanjhna , Neerja ,Delhi 6 , Mausam , But I can not call Katrina's any performance , I liked , She is either Expressionless or OTT

Sonam acts better than Kat when she shuts her mouth, her silent expressions are good. kat acts better when she opens her mouth kyunki she looks constipated when she keep her mouth shut😆

so its a tie between kat and sonam😛

Katrina, for me.

Kat - Has decent acting skills, is an amazing dancer, has terrific screen presence.

I loved Kat in New York, Namastey London, Mere Brother.., et al.

Sonam - is beautiful but her acting is pretty bad. Except Neerja, i don't remember any film of hers where she has left a mark. Even in Neerja, she was good but nothing extraordinary.

Sonam is better anyday.
Her dialogue delivery is crunge worthy but atleast she can manage her expressions.Katrina ke bas ka toh dono mein se kuch nahin.
