Jitu got nervous as its his first Olympics. It was very evident from his body language that he could never settle in.

Gagan was 2012 silver medalist. Had lots of expectations but he didn't even qualify for the finals

He won at Beijing 2008. First and only individual gold medalist for India. He will always be in the history books. 😊

He failed to qualify in 2012

Yes he was the flag bearer for Indian contingent as apparently this is his last Olympics. Wish he cudve ended it with a high 😒

As much as i would like to bash bhai but this topic doesn't interest me and reminded me of the time when sri-lankan president mistakenly called salman khan as shahrukh khan 😆 so name mistakes happen specially by those who are not familiar with the field .

Watched Dipa perform and she was terrific - very clean/confident performance , so proud of her .

The difference is that he is the goodwill ambassador. His dad and he defended him being named to this position and then he does not even bother to learn the names of the athletes in the contingent. Also Dipa Karmarkar is the first female Indian gymnast to even qualify for the Olympics.
