I have read on IF that Deepika's cleavage issue and even my choice video were a publicity gimmick? Is this true? Apparently people were disappointed for supporting her in the cleavage issue because they realized it was for publicity.

Definitely , it has always been her strategy to gain attention by shocking . Remember how she was being friendly to that journo who was against her on that issue . Who knows that stunt was designed by her PR to show her as great mata 😆

No politician would take on TOI..no one can even opnly crticise Arnab Goswamy..let alone take on Vineet Jain.

Had DP just talked about her cleavage vaguely..every actress would have not thrown caution to the wind and supported her on twitter.

There were people supporting her in the US..at Harvard.

Kangan too did the same..She boldly went to the lions den..they could have thrown anything at her.Kangana got 30 minutes on their 24*7 channel ..To them BW is mere distraction.They have far more powerful people to deal with.

saying that these actresses have bought the powerful media..is laughable.The main stream media has viewership hundred times more than a Zoomtv.

The daring they showed..got collective applause from world over.

How/why doesnt matter.

What did she say to the journo? Sorry I have not followed it up much.
