Speaking about her role in 2.O, Amy Jackson adds, "Rajinikanth used to call me junior Aishwarya Rai on the sets of 2.O He is so humble, has a delightful aura around him and is a complete gentleman. My character is different and completely fresh. Also, Akshay Kumar and Rajini's characters are very diverse. The costumes are eccentric. We went to Loss Angles for the fixtures and the LA-based designer who has functioned for costumes of Men in Black, Iron Man, and lots of Hollywood movies has functioned on my clothing."
She says, "My role has never been acted before and Shankar, who is directing this science-fiction follow-up, told me it is going to take some days to get into the skin of the role. He is an idealistic and I love working with him. I need to practice my Tamil and Hindi, which I have been vexing to learn for a while. But I have toiled a lot on my body language!"
