not sure Mini.
just saw sultan movie name in the title and clicked it. and see what that person is saying.
just few years back he was saying that when he did not have any work, salman gave him work.

@Vaishvi, director has been saying lot of good things about salman. loved it when he narrated the story where a theater always stays closed and works only when salman's movie releases.
He has been talking about mirror scene also.
I have not seen movie yet. so avoiding any spoilers.

Yes, loved what he said about the theater in Punjab which only plays certain movies from certain actors and how they were waiting for Eid to play Salman's movie.

And the fact that they don't even know which movie but just know that Eid = Salman, now that's Salman for you. 👏 I hope they all enjoyed the movie.

Sultan Is Excellent On Monday

Sultan had a strong hold on Monday as it grossed an excellent 16 crore nett. The drop is around 50% from Friday which is a normal drop but the difference here is that it was not a normal weekend but a huge five day weekend where the film has already consumed around 180 crore nett business. So dropping 50% in this case is excellent.

The weekend smashed all records but on Monday the records have not come as the 20 crore nett plus Monday films have either been on holiday or kept on weekend ticket rates and here none of these apply. The major chains have seen a 25-30% drop in tickets rates as they were inflated a little for the five day weekend.

The film will become the first film in history to cross 200 crore nett in the first week with the seven day total cruising past to 208-210 crore nett. Now it will be about the crucial 8th day which decides the fate of most films, here its not about the fate as the weekend and now Monday as ensured a blockbuster but about where the film will eventually land up. The film does not have three open weeks like PK or two like Bajrangi Bhaijaan but is still looking to put up strong numbers for the next 2-3 weeks.

she tried to bring in feminism and why anushka's role was sidelined. Again ali has answered her well.

He is a smart guy. He stood his own against that woman. he said sometimes emotions, instinct are more important than being a critic.

she is a very narrow minded person.

She was literally putting him down and in a very condescending manner, quoting some review that some other wannabe put and trying to belittle his hardwork.

Am so glad that Salman doesn't pay heed to what these critics say, because they really have no clue as to what audience wants. Am glad that Salman only caters to his fans. Proud of you Salman.

Also good answers Ali. You stood your ground in front of that snobbish lady who was actually smiling/laughing but taunting.

When he was praising salman how good an actor he is and how smart he is... she cut him off.
She thinks she is smart because she used salman's dialogue that compliments are boring.

never understood what she has against salman.
