Sultan continued to create history on its second day with some all time circuit records. It has also managed to record two of the highest single days of all time. The only film to have two days in the top five, all others have one. Below are the top five single days in history.

1. Prem Ratan Dhan Payo Day One - 39.32 crore
2. Bajrangi Bhaijaan Day Three - 38.53 crore
3. PK Day Three - 38.24 crore
4. Sultan Day Two - 37 crore apprx
5. Sultan Day One - 36.59 crore

went to see it last night, i enjoyed it.

First of all, i hated the trailer so had zero expectations going into the cinema.

the first half i enjoyed more then the second, the first half was pure entertainment, it had a feel good feel to it. The second half imo dragged, i didn't like the whole cage fighting Salman as it looked unrealistic, which is funny as i'm a huge MMA fan and was looking forward to this part of the film over the Wrestler aspect.

Overall i enjoyed it

Sallu was great, the tati line was hilarious

Anushka looked beautiful and was brilliant throughout the film.

6/10 for me :)

Overall i enjoyed it

Sallu was great, the tati line was hilarious

Anushka looked beautiful and was brilliant throughout the film.

6/10 for me :)

That Sit Guy dialogue is going to be phamous now. 😆 Whole hall was laughing when that scene came. 🤣

i have seen kick bajrangi n now sultan in cinemas at most posh area of karachi

but reaction in first half was too good every1 was laffing constantly in first half govind n sultan chemistry was so good

even in second three were punchies every now n then 😆

ppl go beserkthere when first time sultan sees mma n said to aakaash y kia h ?

n then he goes facepalm buzzinesman 😆

This movie is just a mix of Dilwale and Brothers. Its all about chasing after Anushka till the end in two different decades and fighting in between. Bakwaas movie. No head or tail. Lots of bad cgi, a statue that doesnt look like him, a scooter that suddenly changes to bike blah blah.

Story: Sultan is a nikamma who has achieved nothing in his life. One day he meets Aarfa who is a national wrestler. Sultan digs her but he has no swag to impress Aarfa who puts him down as shes out of his league. Butt hurt Sultan decides to impress her and become a wrestler. Eventually she drops her pants and get preggers. 🤔

But by then Sultan has become too proud to pay attention to his ghar ki daal because he is enjoying his bahar ki murghi and has no time for his pregger wife. While he is out doing his thing Arfas baby dies because of lack of blood donation -- some blood that only Sultan has in the whole world.
So Aarfa gets butt hurt again and friendzones him. Sultan goes into depression and becomes washed up till he decides to build a blood bank. Though the problem was not the blood but Sultans dead beat attitude and lack of personal responsibility (just like his real life blaming the whole world for his problems) but still he finds a cause to live again. So he starts doing mixed martial arts to win fights and eventually to win Aarfa again.

The end.

Here is what I feel would have been better for this movie. If it had gone the Mary Kom or Ki and Ka route. Could have shown that she refused to sacrifice her career and thats where the hero steps in and supports her like in Mary Kom so that she goes on to become a successful athlete past her pregnancy. The first half could have been about Salman and then he could have paved the way for her to succeed and root for her, could have also been shown him as her trainor and supporter? But nah.
