Salman Khan and entire Khan family represent the worst, most primitive, partriarchal and criminal element of South Asian societies.

Veneer of unity or closeness or even pluralism yet thuggish and vindictive behaviour abound.

Not too different from the kind of bully richie rich families we are shown in TV serials like Ek Hasina Thi or Balika Vadhu.

Men and families like these are bane of society and worst role models anyone can ever have.

But then entire Bollywood is like that. Bachchans, Deols, Dutts, Kapoors all have whole list of crimes and scandals.

Still no one is as brazen about it as Khan family and Dutt family.

Rant as much as you will but Bollywood is even going to glorify another criminal in a biopic.

Go ahead ruin the youth of India and rest of South Asia with glorification ofnSalman Khan and Sanju baba. Baba and bhai have become a slur.

I'm appalled at the reactions and comments by those supporting him, I cannot believe love for a person(not even going to call him an actor because he isn't one and neither does he deserve to be a star) can allow people to become so blind and still support him despite such a disgusting remark. Unbelievable, I have lost faith in humanity, when people cannot differentiate their love for a character or whatever he has played, to an insensitive jerk he is for commenting like that. Lowest of all lows.

The people who are supporting him right now, be it celebs or otherwise should be ashamed of themselves, and they better not ever voice their opinion about another rape that happens, or any other brutality that occurs in India or otherwise. They have lost the right to complain about the justice system and crimes that happen. God forbid another heinous rape (I know rapes happen quite often even now but something like Nirbhaya where the whole country is shaken up) happens and these same people will come out for support on Twitter then they deserve all the hate in the world. He is no God, he not above anyone just because he is famous, no he deserves the same punishment others would face for all his crimes and deserves all this backlash.

People saying it was a mistake, wow. So he can get away with saying it was a mistake, then every rapist should say the same thing, it was just a mistake. I said the same thing around the time of his cases, but a judicial system that lets him go scott free for his crimes and a country that has people celebrating it shouldn't ever complain when a "normal" criminal is let off.

He isn't exactly showing a side we have never seen, he has always been like this. He has always been a MCP, and has thrashed women in the past, but his amazing PR team has helped him by making people forget all about it. I think all of us remember what he did with Ash. This isn't something new, he has never respected women.

The people calling him a baby, W*F. Are you people okay, he is a grown man, who has been to jail, has been accused of murder, he is no baby. Just because his PR team has been successful in making him look like a childish person, he isn't. Open your eyes!!!

Stop coddling him and start reacting to his wrongs, in the correct manner.

Keeping my newly found hatred for Salman for a moment aside, I'm feeling a li'l bad for Salman fans on IF now! It's been a whole day, others need to calm down a bit. Salman is being thrashed a lot by his fans on this forum, so targeting them again and again ain't correct.

Give them space. All this might be effecting them in a very bad way.
