Is it only me or is this overreaction only because of Sachin and Lata's names? If there were people who weren't legends I doubt people would be going batshit crazy over it being insensitive etc. The same people were laughing like crazy over a joke about Simi Garewal.. which was a lot more offensive IMO. But oh since Lata, it's blasphemy. Give me a break.

I have literally grown up hearing Lata ji's songs. She is of my mother-grandmother's age. Her songs have carried me through phases of success & failures and soothed my soul when I needed some consolation. To see anyone wishing Lata ji die is NOT FUNNY; its a blasphemy for me!

may Lata Ji live another 5000 years!
