You have the habit of comparing Apple to Orange. You can say both are fruits but you can't deny the fact that they are different fruits. Salman was/is holding grudge against Arijit and inspite of Arijit asking to forgive him, Sallu passively aggressively removed his song just to satisfy his big fatty ego. Where as in case of Hera Pheri, the movie ran into financial problem and by the time producer decided to shoot again, Abhi and John were not on the board. It is not as if Sajid or whoever the producer is, decided to remove them because he was having vengeance against his Abhi or John.
