She has not worded it properly. All she means is that kids want their mom to be around 24/7...😆

But Kajol is Kajol...you have to watch Tanisha in Bogboss to realise how delutional this family is

Imagine your life without your bai.
Imagine your life without your mother.
I personally see no difference and nothing offensive in what she said.

I actually find the thought 'maids are there to only cook and clean' and 'how can she compare a mother to a maid' more offensive than what she said.

Anyways that's just me!

Her statement sounds as dumb as her offscreen persona. So if your kids feel good to find you at home when they return from school they want you to be their maid?? How idiotic is that!! Kids want their mums to be around as it makes them feel safe. It makes them feel cared for. And todays working mothers very well know how to maintain the balance b/w their career n kids...they know when n how to give quality time to kids even d kids feel proud that their mums r working. I think 90% of bw needs to get some basic life lessons...most of them talk like such gawars.

The comments here. Hmmm every1s moms sound so awesome here they quite perfect I love them already. I think the 1 big complaint of most mothers that I see in real life is that most of them fight with their kids for the same reason. Coz kids think they have personal maids who are around 24/7. She hasn't said anything wrong but what is wrong is that after that comment she didn't say anything else it seems and that is wrong. And can a maid never be a mother?

Not all kids are independent. Parenting includes not just being around 24/7 but help the kids to grow as an independent, capable, thinking, kind and good human being. Being independent is one of the steps into become a capable person.
What kajol indirectly said is she wants her kids to be independent and not expect her to do all there chores. Thats just a normal thought which mothers of grown up kids generally have. I don't find anything wrong in this because i am a mother of 8 year old who doesn't want his mom to go to job.

She's pretty much the Gwyneth Paltrow of Bollywood. I don't expect much logic from her 😆

are we not reading abit to much into her statement. Honestly the article just seems incomplete like another part is missing. So even though if I look at how her daughter is I would agree with what u said but coming to her statement. Its so incomplete that I cnt say that she had an indirect thought.
