Actually bai is not the correct word.Bais don't take care of kids.That's the job of babysitter/nanny.But then spending time with ur own kids 24/7 is not babysitting,it's called parenting.

I don' t agree with what she said. She could have phrased it differently but I also don't agree when people here saying that kids don't want their parents all time..

I think Kajol is talking about young kids like 6-7 years when they don't know concept of feminism, women independence, freedom blah blah. Kids of that age always want their both parents to be with them all time. They don't give shit about feminism n all. So i don't think she said any offensive for children. Its little offensive for women who spend all time parenting. But I don't think she had any such intensions.
