Ranveer-Deepika almost confirmed for SLB's padmavati - Page 4

Deepika ko sab chuna laga rahe hai. "O she is so giving as an actor" she doesnt compete with the costars for the role... yeh sab bol bol ke these people are using her. Deepika should now really take her work seriously and not let these people cheat her and her fans. They market the whole movie on her shoulder and then rob her of length in movie. She has to be the main lead with the most role, even more than the male lead. People go to watch her. Thats the fact. Not Ranveer not Priyanka not SLB they dont have crowd pull anymore. Only Deepika does.

Ash-Veer pls!! Or Ash-Hooda! Or just NOT DP!!! I know she will look a dream but such a dead dream. Her accent in BM made me want to hurl something at the screen, it's like watching a small-time S Indian actress with no training, talking in Urdu at my local theatre in Bangalore. And they're actually good actors.

I want DP to play the role of Padmavati . But I want HR and Irfan as Male leads. That would be perfect cast😳

SRK met Bhansali..I have a feeling that he just might do it to get back the lost BO power.

Working with ARR,Ali with Anushka is not going to give him even 150 crores.

SLB announced the film on getting SRK's nod-I think.

RS will also star in it-if nothing else-It will be his guru Dakshina.

But SLB balances his actor's strengths like no one else

What's in a name? The film is from Alauddin POV. Even Aamir's film was named Ghajini but we know how much screen time the titular character got.

The film should not be named Padmavati-Big mistake.How about "Chittor"?

^^ He's clearly SLB's muse so I would not feel sorry for him seeing the accolades & awards heaped on him post BM & the genera turn-around by BW, now gushing all over him. But I feel SLB dislikes VeerDP b/c this is deliberate sabotage! Lol! Over-exposure. If I've to hear DP's cringeworthy nails-on-board attempt to speak Urdu again, I'll what a refund.


And it's shocking how she fits the period most beautifully physically, but looks so out of place body-language & conversational style-wise. No Urdu here, but she sounds completely uncomfortable in chaste Hindi too!

^^^Christmas period made a killing at the BO,this year too.DW +BM made worldwide collection of 700+ crore.

With SLB sitting there-that date is gone.One superstar will do this film.

Why not? Only the Title has to be changed.

Its not about the looks,or speech..It is the Aura.

Mastani coming to Shanivar wada was nothing short of calamity.The bravest of generals,gave up his Peshwai..gave up his family and started living in exile.He lost his mind and body crying for Mastani in front of his mother who was also his guru and his childhood sweetheart and devoted wife.

Yet The janta wept..SLB took that risk with the half hour climax,because of his faith in DP.

The film worked and he is grateful.
