[Im not exactly Indian but my grass roots are Indian and when I was a kid I went to Pakistan once and it was a memorable visit. I implore you guys not to believe everything that the media says and see it for yourself if you ever get the opportunity. People were very kind, and hospitable to us. They were no different than any others. I went to Karachi in the early 90's and it was very beautiful. Women were very fashionable, they had better cars than India at those time. They had those ATM machines, and canned foods, and really neat super markets. At that time it was at par to India (Im not trying to put anyone down) but things were really good back then long before all this instability and terorrism and sectarian violence kind of ruined things.
But still if you can, do visit once. It is a very beautiful place, with breath taking scenery, finger licking cuisine and lots of beautiful people.

I dont remember much of it I was very little and we only went to attend some wedding. We were afraid as f**k because even till we left for the airport we didnt knew if it was the right thing but it was really amazing. Too bad I dont recall many things except remembering the women wearing sun glasses, wearing fashoinable clothes, designer hand bags. Eating canned desi food which was which was just like eating a tuna can, and visiting the clifton defence area and i think we also went to saddar? and some gulshan streets
what about sadaf ki dvd's?
