HR or the State can, especially with forging of a picture getting added to the mess.

I'd be happy with her publicly acknowledging that HR is no "silly ex " of hers. I want to see her go back on her word and do as asked. Will be a start to bring her back to earth.

absolutely!

doing a out of court settlement will be nothing short of betrayal by HR's lawyer...

she didn't stop a sec before trying to malign his image , bringing in his kids , divorce, doctored pic,

attack through the Asperger's community, media witch hunt...etc

why should he...???

if he does settle out of court, would mean that he ultimately had something to hide???

She'il bailed out on next day. How can one believe them to sent her jail whom doesn't have balls to sent actual Criminal to jail.
