A lot of people feel that out of court settlement isnt fair for Hrithik and they wish to see her answer for defamation. However if it was a guy who was out harrasing a girl, intimidating her, stalking her and threatening her Im CERTAIN he would be facing jail time. Including in India.

Can we please for once stop caring for whats between her legs and see things for what it is?

On a serious note she won't get jail time.

But more thought should be given when giving her national awards.

LOL. Its not even about supporters or detractors but what is it all about. What we are speaking about here is pretty serious and a guy would be for certain spending some time behind the bars so why not her. I would have said the same thing if Hrithik did that to Kangana.

when you are on top you just be ruthless and finish it off for once and all i dont know how ruthless will HR be but i dont see it happening but a huge dent in her image

Yes. She may very well walk out or never face time. But some conviction or even charges would be enough. She thinks she is psycho and her haryaanvi gaali are no match but once she serves jail time she will become somebody's "girl" and then she will know ussey bhi bade bade baithe hai.
