Yes, the choice of dress was not good but its not because it was revealing. There is nothing sexual about the dress. And what your are doing is called sexual objectification. It is your mind and eye which perceives her as sexual object needs to be corrected not her sense of dressing.

PC failing to impress at big event once again
I dont really like the dress and adhoring the necklace..not liking her make up too

But i guess we need to bit easy on boobshow thing..its not like half of her breast is exposed or the strap is going to fall off any time..
And also its not that someone has to wear a burkha or a full sleeve salwar kurta to make a serious point

She has always been in the news for right and wrong reasons so no I don't think she is some force to be reckoned with. She isn't the first Indian origin actress who has went to Hollywood or being on time magazine. We can discuss all day long as how breasts aren't to be sexualized but if one puts them out and center than to me it is sexualizing herself which goes against all that she has tried to demonstrate. We can disagree that showing up to some event bra less is not attention seeking because we are suppose to just stare at her face and listen to her sweet talks. To me that is just an attention seeking woman that's all.

These are celebrities.They wear special designed dresses.Wearing bra-less dresses the most importante thing is they have to be high quality clothes/dresses and they have to be of your size.I don't think everyone have enough money to wear qulity desgner's clothes everyday.
