Fan Heads For $10 Million Plus Overseas - Tenth SRK Starrer

Box Office India Trade Network

Fan is heading for a $10 million plus total Overseas as it stands at $9.25 million plus after ten days. This will be tenth Shahrukh Khan film to cross $10 million Overseas. In total 21 films have crossed $10 million so almost half the $10 million plus grossers are Shahrukh Khan starrers.

The others that have crossed $10 million are Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna, Om Shanti Om, My Name Is Khan, Ra. One, Don 2, Jab Tak Hai Jaan, Chennai Express, Happy New Year and Dilwale. The Worldwide total of Fan is around 172 crore.

The film has under performed in most overseas markets though has scored in the Gulf with business of $3.5 million apprx.

no...I avoid desi serials like plague...the only thing I watch is Big Boss...and Kapil's show sometimes...i watched that SLB soap out of curiosity😆

Wow just look at the overseas figures and people have the audacity to say he is finished. LMAO.

It's actually really irritating me because the negativity surrounding SRK lately is definitely something that contributed to Fan not doing so well in India. People have seriously started holding some sort of grudge against him. It's affecting people who don't know about the forums and online information. I get being annoyed for not doing quality films, and I agree he shouldn't have done some of them but like they are targeting him as if he is the only one doing stupid films. Some stars have been getting away for the last few years by doing the crappiest of crap films yet SRK get no leeway at all. I'm all up for constructive criticism, heck every SRK fan wants him to better films but that is fine but the way some people react to every film of his is getting insane. Way too much negativity.

Though I guess SRK should just take it as a compliment because people expect way too much of him because they know he is capable while other's aren't so I guess that is the reason for having extremely low expectations of them.
