Really a rare case where ekta got a female right. She was pretty grey in some ways, but its her positive outlook that made her so likeable, like when a lady gave her an old jacket of her daughter and it was torn, Piya was happy that she will get to stick her fav sticker on the jacket to hide the hole instead of wallowing in self pity .

I miss that show and the character of Piya, do not think we will ever get one like her. Modern yet sensible and her attitude of never giving up.
Me too miss the show alot😭all characters were well written(except for panchi in season 2🤢) . Yes I do'nt think any other female character on tv will ever match up to her,she was so real and so likeable, both Abhay and Piya were well written characters not half baked ones like most serials have.I like that Piya endured no nonsense fro Abhay either, when he gave her his famous stay away and rude jerk avatar, she thrashed him left right centre😆😆
I know Piya gave him as good as she got from him. No matter how much Abhay tried he could not make her hate him😆. I loved all the characters and the actors did such a good job, yes Panchi in season 2 was weird.

yes the love story was very well done, rarely I feel a love story did justice to the leads but pkyek did, there were no moments which could destroy or tarnish the love story, which is the weak point of many serials, they make the male or female lead behave in such a way that a permanent damage gets done to the love story,in pkyek nothing such happened. And actors really did very good job,the college life was real and the supernatural world contrast was potrayed very well. Panchi was relatable feminist kind girl in season 1, but in season 2 she became some who falls for every other guy😡she even fell for abhay🤢🤢

If you are good enough, no matter where you are from you will end up in bollywood.

I am stating an example from personal opinion, I was crazy about pkyek and loved Abhay pIYA, the characters were so very well written and the love story was beautiful. I liked both the characters individually too, but then when the actors moved on after the show ended I could't watch their other shows as I could'nt find the same magic of Vivian and Sukirti. When Vivian did MADHUBALA with Dhrasti it was very much popular but me and so many pkyek fans I know could'nt watch it. So I guess thats also a problem, the more than the actors its the pair that clicks and gets popular, I guess if Barun Sobti's film had Sanaya opp him, it may have done better business cause I heard their pair was very popular. Also the fact that most actors leave their shows beech raste to persue films make their fans angry.I guess Sushant was the only one who left his show and still had good rapo with Ekta,he even stared in the last epi of his serial, after doing Kai Po che.

Gattu (Abhishek Kapoor) is Ekta Kapoor's first cousin. Thats why Prachi and SSR were able to make transitions with her blessing...in all probability she might have recommended them!

Oh I see that's why, yeah she may have recommended them, ekta loved prachi i think, came to kasam se set personally to calm her down and make her feel relaxed when jay and bani consummation scene was being shot.

Navya was good too but I had a tuition when it was telecasted😆Saubhagyabati bhava I did watch as my eleder sister was addicted to it, and it really was well done till viraj killed each and everyone, I mean how that's justice😕 But kvb was too good as a psycho ocd affected monsterous person

Ekta actually ruined the ending of KMH season 1, i still liked that show a lot. Saubhagybhati bhava had a very regressive message , i had almost started loving the love and bond between Raghav and Jhanvi and they were brutally killed, there was no justice or happiness in this show, it was a depressing show all over with great actors .

Yes ending was very bad for kmh1, they made arohi seem like a villain. season 2 did better job with the same issue, Arohi supported Arjun when her loved one was killed in his presence, she did'nt doult him.yes SB was regressive they shwoed Viraj winning at last and then suddenly having a full blown regret and guilt😕

Yeah kmh2 was fun, arjun arohi fights were🤣and kmh1 was very poetic, the adorable mills and boon stories, and the sacrifices Arjun did😭😭😭but I prefer season 2 ending, the love stpory was kept intact, they were together in all the mess,Arohi did'nt doult Arjun even for a sec.

KMH season 2 also had a very rushed ending, ekta just becomes hopeless when it comes to her shows ending, she actually builds up the lead pair and their chemistry so well and later the show takes a nose dive . season 1 was beautiful, i liked the intensity more in this season, and yes the sacrifices Arjun had made but as Ekta does, ruin ruin and ruin.
Saubhagybhati bhava made no sense at all when they killed Raghav at the day of karwa chauth when Jhanvi had her first proper and true suhagan moments , this was so bad and wrong in so many context . Hindi shows can never show a woman progress, this was tragic because Raghav was the good husband, her true love and viraaj kills him an then kidnaps Jhanvi and tortures her ? where was the justice ? they should have kept Jhanvi alive to take revenge of Raghav's death but instead they showed that Viraaj kills Jhanvi even , how sexist this show was .
