When the actor that some people think is actually the world's biggest star can travel to other countries and not just the UAE and some small european countries then maybe you can argue your point, but until then this title is reserved for SRK.

you still don't get it😆...He is constantly being called the World's biggest star...not just by any media...but by the cream of the media...it doesn't matter what his movies earn at the BO now...his reputation has been sealed...because when people are 50 years old and they have a 25 year old career behind them...no sane person will look at just a few movies to make an opinion about them...it is as simple as this😉
