I just saw the movie and I found it very entertaining and had some solid performances by both Barun Sobti and Shenaz; although Im sure he would have been paired better with Sanaya as Shenaz looked a bit older and out of place. It was such a nice light romantic comedy and I think it nicely delves deep into human psyche especially when it comes to relationship complexities in today's modern world. I think this movie was made well before its time because its like one of those American rom com movies but the Indian audience cant appreciate such story lines.

Personally I feel like there was a lot of vested interests who played a hand in making sure this movie tanks at the box office and find it unfair that some movies with next to no story goes on to the 300 crore ranking ladders and movies such as this with some actual talent is being punished because it doesnt have the "K" factor in it. Barun is a lot more talented than many other actors and he certainly deserves all the good things in life. I always believed this guy had it all to just reach out and attain success but his detractors left no stone unturned to pull him down.

I implore you to give 2 minutes of your time and see this trailer and make your own opinion.

Why did a movie like hate story 3 went on to earn more than 51 crores? Just because barun sobti was better than doing some skin show in a sleazy movie it had no takers? It was certainly a better moivie than hate story, alone and khamoshiyan. No doubt the guy is talented and can act but I guess he doesnt have a famous surname or alliances with the bollywood big wigs since he doesnt hang around in their parties?

He overacted ..😆 I mean didn't watched the movie I seem some of his Gifs & creation from that movie he was looking cartoon..😛 He was Great as Arnav ..in IPKKND .. Just liked him from his that character

See you are using your existing bias and prejudice to form an opinion without even giving him a chance. Unless you see this movie how can you come to that conclusion? Just because he didnt had a famous last name doesnt mean it was a flop movie. While I do agree his towel dance was nothing to brag about; you can definitely feel mesmerised with his tere naam hairstyle, and in that sexy shorts.

And he is talented acting wise... Truly natural actor unlike many others...

@TM I still don't understand what you're saying! What vested interest?

You cannot force the public to watch or not watch a movie...

Maybe they didn't publicize the movie enough!

But for anything to be vested there should be interest na...sorry but no one is interested in Barun anymore. He is completely out of the limelight and is no threat to anyone but himself. Why would anyone bother about sabotaging his prospects.😆

Also his movie release got delayed by which time the buzz around him had also died down and as for KSG, he has had a stronger debut and second release, not necessarily in terms of the script but in terms of the production houses and co-actors which were able to promote the movie enough to atleast create awareness that the movie was in theater.

Sadly all of Barun's movies are getting delayed, even the one under John's PH. I guess its just a case of bad luck.
