Dilwale Pakistan 2nd Weekend Early Estimates :: Phenomenal

2015-12-27 22:49:510Slider
Dilwale has continued it's record speed on 2nd Weekend also.. Film is remained packed everywhere through out the Weekend especially at plexes.. It was jam packed everywhere be it Cinepax Cinemas, Super Cinemas, Atrium Cinemas, Sozoworld or Centaurus Cineplex.. Film did exceedingly well even at mass centers especially on 25th December which was a National Holiday..

Film is looking sure to go in excess of 4cr fro 2nd Weekend which will take 10 days total in over 15cr approx making it 5th Hindi film to cross that mark after Dhoom 3, Bajrangi Bhaijaan, P.K. and KICK.. Film is overall 10th film to hit that mark including 4 local films and one English venture.. Film already had made 11cr in first Week which was 2nd biggest Hindi Week One ever despite Thursday being 12 Rabi-u-Awal..

Below are 2nd Weekend daily estimates figures..

Friday.. 1.5cr

Saturday.. 1.4cr

Sunday.. 1.4+cr

Total.. 4.3+cr

Grand Total.. 15.3+cr

Film will end this Week in region of 18.5-19cr approx.. Next Week is seeing release of mega local release Ho Mann Jahaan which will slow down figures but will cross 20cr easily and is yet to be seen if it crosses Bajrangi Bhajaan (23.2cr) P.K. (23.25cr) or not..

Film was bought at record price by Eveready Pictures but such phenomenal run has ensured them profits and will make their 2nd 20cr entry this year after Bajrangi Bhaijaan making them first ever distributor in Pakistan to have 2 20cr film in one year..

Indians people are more smarter, they've rejected a crap product.

A lesson for SRK, he needs to stop doing such films. Apart from CE, all his film have under preformed in last 7 years.

^Wow...what a point! I mean the Indian diaspora living in the overseas obviously ain't Indian...right! And according to that rationale also ain't smart! CE had such amazing content...right! The people who pretend to care about Shahrukh's success rate I think are more annoying than the trolls! At least with trolls...you get what you see..lol!
As for PV, I have stopped visiting the site for a few days now. Deepika is worshipped there. Not that I have any issue with folks worshipping her but that site is biased to say the least. They won't publish anything that's remotely about the screen division or protests regarding Dilwale.

It's fact that the film has been rejected by Indian audience like any other crap film. Content is the king, I'm loving this change.

This flop is good for SRK, he can finally realize that he should do better films and his fans deserve better.

Dilwale is being loved by NRIs and desis of many countries worldwide! Does that mean they dont care abt content? 😲
Even in India, the more content loving, intellectual movie making states like West Bengal and Kerala are loving Dilwale and its doing exceptional business there. Its a hit in Nizam and Tamil Nadu as well.
Which disproves your claim that DW doesnt have content and it was rejected by Indians. Arent West Bengalis, Tamils and Keralites Indians? 😕

This means mainly Hindi belt has rejected this movie. The same Hindi belt that loved trashy movies by other top BW actors!

SRK has already moved on to high content projects for next year, cant say the same abt other actors who still have trashy movies lined up. 😉

Firstly, who made you a spokesperson for his fans? Plenty of us have loved Dilwale, loved MHN, loved OSO! So kindly don't start speaking for all of us!
As for flop...ha! The movie is still running, breaking records overseas, despite a clash and hundreds of cancelled shows and a whole boycott campaign has earned more than 275 cr WW so don't you worry about what we as fans deserve or what he should be doing or what the outcome of the movie would be.
As for content being the king...oh boy. By that logic almost every other film of SK should have crashed at the BO.

Movie earned 100 crore so i don't think its rejected by audience that much

The content isn't bad, in my opinion it's better than CE and light years better than HNY. It's the perception that's hurt it. Like i mentioned in my review, when i left the theatre i heard a lot of people remarking that the film is actually really good and they were perplexed as the social media negativity was really high.
