Guess Who ?

This debutant director thought he had hit the bull's eye as his first directorial film was to be produced by a reputed production house, which oddly enough does not yet have a hit film to its credit. The director was also dating the producer and had signed a few newcomers for his film. The inclusion of newcomers was to keep the budget in check.

That turned out to be a sham because, since the director was also dating the producer, the budget of the film kept getting bigger and bigger. It ballooned so much that, when the film was to start rolling, the producer's team begged the producer to cut the budget! Last we heard, the film has been put on hold - and the director has been asked to halve the film's budget.
