from anything is pretty impossible to achieve..

but if u feel less interested than before then you can

cut down the amount you spend here...once you

feel more interested in other things and feel less attached here

its easy to gradually spend lesser time... with time

the visits will get from less to zero.

I don't know about deaddiction...but I know that I am able to take small breaks from IF easily😆...like this year so far I was completely absent from IF for about 6 months in total...that works for me...if I think OK...i will just go and read and post a little ...that doesn't work...because once u start posting then u get sucked in...so try being off for a few months completely...it works for me...right now ...after Dec once Dilwale is over...another 3 months break for me and then I will come back in April at the time FAN releases...try doing it...it might work...Good luck😆

If you are really serious then go completely cold turkey and stick the website under the list of restricted sites using your computer's parental software. If you can't access the site, you can't use it.
