lmfao...this reminds me of a doctor who ignored a patients blood work results, cos he was busy with his retirement plans. believe me guys, when a new doctor took the patient, ..it was too late to save the guy...he died of cancer. the family sued the budha doctor.

I have a question though. If he is retiring is it possible that actions won't be taken against him if found to be guilty of taking bribe? Like retiring means no liability for his actions anymore?
This reminds me of another case where a judge retired after stating homosexuality is crime in India.Looks like controversial court cases makes u leave ur job asap

Not sure about Judges, but cases can be filed against retired Government officials. As it happened with retired IAS officer during Coalgate, earlier this year.

Don't think anything serious is going to happen in this case though. The accusations are mostly on a very smaller level which wouldn't take any serious turn. 😆

I have read reports about enquiry committees been set up to investigate corruption in lower courts. So I think they don't need to retire to be investigated. But I don't know what happens after retirement. But he can be still be held liable for his actions then good. Let him retire or not doesn't matter.

I think if the HC Judge is responsible for something wrong it will be investigated. Its too high profile and media centered to be ignored and I don't understand why it should be ignored. If one can prove the judge was wrong the whole case gets a new turn.

😆 Exactly what I commented on another thread...Judge Joshi is retiring on 19th December, so he was in a hurry to declare the judgement before he retired.

And the accused already knew he was going to be acquitted, hence his apartment building was lit up the night before his acquittal.
Question is how much did he contribute to Joshi's retirement fund? 😉

Probably just 3% of the 25 cr that Salman spent on this case...

Interesting timing indeed..quite eye opening. Though the bhai bhakts still won't admit the locha sallu has done. The deep-seated denial is so hilarious

Shobha De should be charged with contempt of court. Infact lots of people questioning the judgement should be charged with contempt of court.

Either she has proof of some ill doing between judge and Salman, she can go to Supreme Court or file FIR else STFU and stop rumor mongering.
