This reminds me of another case where a judge retired after stating homosexuality is crime in India.Looks like controversial court cases makes u leave ur job asap

Not sure about Judges, but cases can be filed against retired Government officials. As it happened with retired IAS officer during Coalgate, earlier this year.

Don't think anything serious is going to happen in this case though. The accusations are mostly on a very smaller level which wouldn't take any serious turn. 😆

😆 Exactly what I commented on another thread...Judge Joshi is retiring on 19th December, so he was in a hurry to declare the judgement before he retired.

And the accused already knew he was going to be acquitted, hence his apartment building was lit up the night before his acquittal.

Question is how much did he contribute to Joshi's retirement fund? 😉
