There was a time when it was considered that all rumors are true but with time and star becoming more and more PR driven do you think that journalism is loosing its magic.because more or less stars themselves are spreading rumors and are using media for there own benefits.and if not then they themselves loves spreading negative news about there rivals which may not even be true.

I think it is more about selling copies and being a loyal groupie. I remember reading about a journo Devyani who was a staunch and blind worshiper of Rajesh Khanna yet she never hesitated to publish juicy gossips about him even if it was against him/his image , we cannot find such dedicated people now.

Oh Yes, Devyani Chaubal in the 70s! 😆 Her column in Star and Style magazine was famous!

There's another one, it was about an iv meet between her and Dharmendra .. I do not remember the whole segment but the end line goes like this, ' I whipped up my pen, He whipped up his Pen*s" ... That was a colorful era ...

Yes.

Some of the scoops are so funny! They literally scream fake!

Journalists are not only work as PRs but also their writing is amateurish.
